3 Day Operator Readiness TCOLE# 2051 6th-8th JULY2026
3 Day Course
**Please read all information. Required: Eye and Ear protection, Tourniquet, Gloves, knee pads, long sleeve to be rolled up when needed, plenty of water, snacks, notebook if needed, attend alone or bring your partner(s).
Day 1: 450 Rds AR - 450 Rds Pistol - Tape drills - Quadrant Shooting - Offhand Shooting - Team movements - Split Objectives - Marksman drills - Mission Oversight.
Day 2: 550 Rds AR - 300 Rds Pistol - 25 rds to sight AR at 50 to 120 yards - Contact drills - Ruck full kit half mile (@0730) - Bounding drills from 140 yds - Team movements - Operator down - 12"x17" targets to 3" - Timed drills - Planning the Extraction.
Day 3: 600 Rds AR - 400 Rds Pistol - Mission planning - Loadout - Ruck 1 mile timed (@0730) - Objective 1 - Objective 2 - Egress, Operator down - Through the smoke - Vehicle extraction under fire - Final Mission: Narco Terrorist.

Acts of Terrorism II, covers a more in depth structure to deliver precise coverage, unity of multiple agencies thus effectively utilizing the correct assets. This all scenario based exercise is timed with key mission objectives. Brief coverage will also cover Crisis Mitigation, Active Shooter incidents, Multiple Officers Down, Vehicle Ambush & recovery of a VP and POTUS.
This training opportunity is open to all patrolman, SWAT/SRT and Under Cover Officers. This is a physical course and requires kneeling, sprinting and Team coordination / Planning. Training is delivered from various incidents that will test the officers in many different ways.

Patrol Rifle Operator TCOLE# 3322 13/14AUG2026
This course goes from Static to Dynamic. We cover Rapid Engagements from the prospective of an operator. The officers will do a breakdown of their weapon, perform a safety functions check and run their rifle in this scenario based course. Marksmanship skills will run directly from 25 yards out to 150 yards. Officers will become familiar with bounding drills and cover various formations to advance and control an area. On day two, we will conduct a random recap to ensure that supporting knowledge has been retained. Upon completion, the officers will take their skills to the training vehicle where they will be exposed to the pros and cons of AR vehicle deployments along with working around the vehicle effectively.
