    R. "Justice" Narvaez Founder, Ret. Federal Officer/20yr Veteran/Former DSF Trainer CEO of ELITE T.W.O., SME Crisis Mitigator, Domestic Terrorism Instructor, Acts of Terrorism Instructor, Active Shooter Train the Trainer Instructor, Firearms Instructor for Specialized Agencies/Units, VBSS Instructor, Maritime Active Shooter Instructor, Pursuit Vessel Tactics Instructor, Tactical Vessel Pursuit Operators Course (Developer), Professional Vessel Operator, Executive Protection Trainer and Human/Narco Trafficking Trainer. Former 17 year ION Scan Operator for nano trace detection of Narcotics & Explosives, interpreting Ion Mobility Spectrometry (IMS).

    Elite T.W.O. TM was created and designed uniquely for law enforcement and special units within our Military. Later in 2014 we understood that law enforcement could not be everywhere when violent acts occur. We recognized that private citizens also needed to be self sustainable, thus giving them concepts and tactics to survive until police arrive. Equaly, we train officers to be self sufficient and how to deal with being out numbered to survive another day.
